My Lord is so amazing...I began today with Psalm 63.."Oh God, you are my God, I shall seek You earnestly.." The word my hit my soul today. God is my God. I know Him and love Him! May sound child- like simple, yet the Spirit used it to encourage me. As I have gone through a mastectomy and now beginning chemo, the Word is the greatest comfort, the deepest medicene and the source of joy.

Had the medi port put in today..God was with me, I could sense His comfort. I took Hannah to piano and she is learning the song "On Eagles Wings" which is from Psalm 91. Her teacher and I were singing it together to help her learn the melody...I have recently memorized the whole Psalm and to hear her playing brought me such joy and comfort.

The girls stayed home and cleaned flower beds today, mopped floors and made the house beautiful. I came home to a wonderful smelling dinner but was too nauseated to eat it..tomorrow I will !

The procedure went well. I now have "port" for the chemo instead of my vein in my arm.

I am feeling tired but joyful.
