REJOICING!!

A while back, I asked you all to pray for a HUGE request. I didn't mention what it was. I simply asked you to pray God would deliver us.

Today, Tim wrote 2 checks and paid off our last two credit cards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This has been a heavy burden we have been bearing for over 7 years..
We took the Dave Ramsey course, Financial Peace last winter, right before my diagnosis..we were on track, whacking off those payments and then I got sick..it seemed like some days, the phone would ring every hour, with those sharks wanting money we didn't have..it was awful. There were days it was almost too much to bear.
Bondage. God's Word says the borrower is slave to the lender..we were certainly slaves.

Now, we are set free!!!!!!!!!!

WA HOOOOOOOOO!!
Praise God from Whom all blessings flow!!

THANK YOU FOR PRAYING!!

We celebrated with squeezy cheese and lowfat ritz crackers and a big pot of homemade split pea soup!! Squeezy cheese is something I only purchase once a year when we walk the bridge with our friends..it is not a health food by any stretch..but the kids love it and for us rednecks, it is special.
I will always remember our whole family standing in the kitchen this afternoon, right before Tim was going to the post office to mail off the checks, thanking God for His answer to prayer. My dear children, remember God can do the impossible. You witnessed an amazing answer to a gigantic prayer, stretched out over 7 long years, TODAY!! The next time you want to cave into unbelief, I pray you will remember this day.

He is so very, very faithful,
Bonnie

Rejoicing with you! FREEEEEEEEDOM! Thank you Lord!
You are Great, and greatly to be praised!!!!

Love the celebration party . . . We call it "squirt" cheese here, and like you, it is reserved for very special occasions . . . usually vacation road trips. Does that make us rednecks? Never mind . . . I think I know the answer!

I still keep thinking about "God confined to baby skin" . . . I just love the thought of that! I have a poem that Thayne wrote years and years ago, let me share it with you . . .

Christmas is . . .

Strong Joseph,
Tired Mary,
Very tired donkey,
Little Bethlehem,
Bright star,
Terrible Herod,
Powerful baby Jesus!

POWERFUL baby Jeuss . . . God confined to baby skin. Powerful!

Bless you my friend~

Love,

Tina
