My very present help

After 5 years of seeing these signs my
wonderful oncologist said " I don't need to see you anymore!"
Will you thank God with me?

Bonnie: Boyne Falls, Michigan, United States; My name is Bonnie. I am 53 years young! I have been married for 30 years to my cowboy, my sweetheart, my maverick man, my very best friend, Tim. I have 4 wonderfully loving, precious children. May of 2015 will be the 8th year since I was diagnosed with breast cancer, stage 3A, with lymph node involvement. I have had two mastectomies, one before 4 months of chemotherapy, one after. 35 trips to town got me my radiation certificate. Cancer is a terrifying disease! I have had two precious men in my family die from it, my daddy and my brother..I wrote this blog to tell the story of how our whole family walked into this scary valley. We have discovered God was there with us, every single moment. I have learned personally that no matter what happens, God is good, faithful and loving; His character is not dependent on my circumstances.I have also found that in the darkest, most terrifying moments, He gives me the grace I need. God has been and continues to be, my(our) "very present help in trouble." Psalm 46:1 Praise His name!
