Mom is in her cozy nest, resting after a very long day. She did so well. The Dr came out after the procedure and said the last echocardiogram must have been off, because "it wasn't as bad as the echo said it was." She has a little more room in the valve than originally thought.
!!! I go from thinking we are looking at open heart surgery in the summer, to hearing she probably won't need it for a long while... I am so relieved, thankful and happy.
We left the house at 7am and got home at 3:30 pm. I need to hang out with her for 24 hours in case of a big bleed, but other than that, we are grateful people..
Thanks for your prayers..I can not explain how peace filled we were today through every moment.. That dear readers and bloggers, is a God thing.
